Can I return my order?


Danke accepts returns if there is a fault with the product or a problem with delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.




Can I exchange my purchase?


Danke is happy to arrange an exchange of your product should you change your mind after purchase.

Can I cancel my order?


Danke does not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.





Product care

How do I wash my Danke challah cover?


All our challah covers, matzah covers and afikoman bags are machine washable on the delicate cycle. Hang out to dry - do not wring.




How do I clean my Danke challah tray?


Wipe clean with soap and warm water. The challah trays are not dishwasher safe.




How do I clean my Danke havdalah mat?


Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Use hot water to remove wax.





Shipping

How long will it take to ship my items?


The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please contact Danke if you require expedited delivery or if there are any special requests.

Estimated shipping times:

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Europe: 1-2 weeks

North America: 1-3 weeks

Danke will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as stock availability.




What are the shipping costs?


Shipping costs vary depending on what products you purchase and the delivery address. Delivery will be calculated at checkout. It is sometimes possible to arrange alternative delivery options, especially for large or bulky orders. Please contact Danke directly to discuss this.




Will I need to pay customs or import tax?


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Danke is not responsible for delays due to customs.




Can I make my own shipping arrangements?


I am happy to help you arrange your own method of delivery. Please get in touch directly on sales@dankejudaica.com. If you have already placed your order, Danke will be able to refund the shipping fees.




I've already paid for shipping, but someone is able to collect my items for me. Can you help?


If you want to arrange a private delivery method, Danke will refund your shipping fees.




Can I collect the items instead of paying for shipping?


You are welcome to contact Danke to arrange collection of the item. We will refund your shipping fees once the item has been picked up. Please email sales@dankejudaica.com





Custom or bespoke orders

Do you do bespoke products?

I want my challah tray to match my challah cover, but the matching tray is not featured on your website.
